Our telephone service operates on a pre-paid basis. When you sign up, your initial payment will include the one-time reconnect activation fee, your first month’s bill plus any additional features you choose. Following your initial payment to Sensible Reconnect, you will be billed on a monthly basis. See our Payments page for details.

Upon receiving your initial payment, your home phone service will be active within 3 to 7 business days (5 to 10 in Manitoba). Once your line is active, all your services are available, along with access to toll-free numbers and 911 Emergency Services. (Please note that we can not provide immediate phone service to customers who do not have an available hook-up in their homes. If there’s a problem, Sensible Reconnect can offer to schedule a fully qualified technician to install any necessary wiring – just like the big phone companies!).

UNLIMITED Dial-Up Internet Service

Our UNLIMITED Dialup Internet Service is only $28.12 a month and unlike offers from other companies, ours is truly unlimited. There is no fine print, you simply signup for our service and surf as much as you want whenever you want. It's that easy!

Long Distance - Access Number Required

We sell regular and cellular long distance that requires an access number in a variety of packages to suit your needs.

Per minute packages range from 100 to 3,000 minutes with some rates starting at 4¢/minute.

1000 Minutes Long Distance is $15.95/month from urban centers where available.
