Our refund policy is straight-forward:

The Activation Fee is not refundable, no matter what the situation may be.
Your Inital Monthly payment will be refunded if your line is not connected within 30 days of the payment date.

* $29 covers the one-time only activation fee (Ontario, Quebec and the Territories residents pay $39) and does not include the cost of any additional features, necessary techinicians fees, or the monthly billing amount. One-time activation fee is NON-Refundable.

Long Distance Details:
* Network Management fee of $4.95 applies to each order.
* 200 minute, 1000 minute and 4.9¢/minute offers do not include calling to
Canadian area codes 709, 807 and 867 or to U.S. area codes 907 and 808, please
refer to our rate sheet for call prices to those area codes.
* Minutes do not roll over from month to month.
